How to get best benefits from TOP RATED PLUS Freelancer?

Hi,
I'm a Top-rated Plus freelancer here. I received this rating 4 months ago but still not getting 'special benefits' new projects except the projects on which I bid.
I know the badge help me to get to the top of the client's request but is this the only benefit I can receive for being a Top-rated Plus member?

Wondering how can I use this badge to get more work?

It doesn't. In fact, the vast majority of clients don't even see the top rated plus badge, they see you exactly the same as they see every other top rated freelancer. Only Enterprise and Business clients see the top rated plus badge.

There are no "special benefits"! 

It just looks fancy to those people who see it (Freelancers and Business and Enterprise clients)

So if I look at the requirements for the difference between Top Rated and Top Rated Plus, the only real benefit is for UpWork who is requiring the freelancer to produce more?  Is my understanding correct?  

Once you get Top Rated or Top Rated Plus, do you enter into the drawing or show up on the radar for enterprise clients or does the talent specialist helps you get in to the invitation only club?  Do you have any good information on how to get enterprise clients, as Upwork makes me think it is all by chance.
