I'm new here and also new in free lancing. I'm a Virtual Assitant. I don't know how to get a job here. I have dropped many proposals but has not gotten an invite yet. I'm quite good in my field and also very fast. What do i do?

If I hired you as a VA, the first thing I would do is ask you to search/research this "Freelancers" forum where the same question has been asked and answered many times over 😉

I don't know how much time you spent on creating and perfecting your profile text, but this is a very important step. What is a visual assistant?

Simply put. you are selling a product - that product is yourself and your skill set.
That said...
When you submit a proposal to a job, you are telling each client how you can solve their problem better than anyone else. You are also showing them how you and your skill set creates value.
Refine your sales pitch or "elevator speech" so that it is compelling and concise. You should be able to explain what you do and how it creates value in 30 seconds or less.
