Yes you're right about that! what happens is that most clients, especially when it comes to easy jobs, they'd rather go for freelancers who are not top rated and who naturally accept any suggested price. What I advise you to do is that you should submit proposals only for jobs that require professional talents, for the simple reason that a client cannot trust a beginner with the job they want to get done, and include in your cover letter that you offer high quality results but you can be flexible in negotiating the price. BUT I want you to pay attention to something, that doesn't mean you sell your service in a very cheap price, evaluate your service and never accept a price which does not match with its quality, and more importantly; be patient because good things happen to those who wait 😉 good luck.

What on earth are you basing that assertion on, Mohamed? There are COUNTLESS threads here from either new freelancers with no JSS or older freelancers with JSS below 90+ complaining that all jobs have a requirement of 90+ JSS and it's impossible for them to get jobs.
Sujan, you asked this same question back in April, before you got your top rated badge. It's clearly not "caused" by your top rated badge.
Your profile tells me virtually nothing at all about your skills and what you can do for me as a client. I don't care about your punctuality and sincerity and what you believe. I just want to know how you can help me solve my problem.
Make sure your proposals are well-written and tailored specifically to each job you apply for. Show the client how you can help them solve their problem. If you are copy/pasting the same cover letter every time clients can see right through that.

First of all, stop copypasting your proposals with same mistakes. If you are doing it like you are creating posts here, stop doing that.
