How to get success score/Rising talent

Hi,

 I am freelancer. I get 8 jobs and more than 1000 USD on upwork. 

Please help me how to get Success Score/ Rising Talent.

From my experiance your rising talent status should come automatically when you have met the criteria. - For me this lasted all of about 24 hours before it dissapeared and i got a JSS. 

Im not sure on the criterea off hand, but i know before i got it i looked it up and it felt like a while after meeting the requirements that it actually happened (but it did eventually)
