How to get the new connects bundle ?

How to get the new connects bundle ?  or the previous 60 connects per month is available on completing the monthly cycle ?

Hi Atif, 

I checked your account and can see that your billing cycle is Apr 8, 2019 — May 7, 2019. This means that your connects get credited to your account on the 8th of every month, and your billing cycle ends on the 7th of every month. 

I hope this clarifies this for you. Let me know if you have other questions.

As you said connects get credited to your account on the 8th of may but until now i have still 0 connects . Its not updated yet

Hi Atif,

Please be patient for a few more hours and you will receive your new connects. Due to time zone difference everyone receives them at a different time/hour, connects are awarded around noon UTC. Thank you.
