How to get your profile more views

I started in Upwork in 2020 and it has been a fairly decent journey. But for the past two or three weeks, my profile views have reduced drastically. It does not go beyond 12. My success rate is 89%. Is it because of the success rate? I submit 3 to 4 proposals daily. Please help
