How to handle bad clients

I was working on some projects but later seems everyone is stop responding and working. there are not replied for years. In this case what a freelancer can do?

Here's the thing, Arun:

I suspect that YOU went to a certain restaurant a few times, but you have not gone back to that restaurant for years. Does that make YOU a bad client?
