Keep records of any messages where the client threatens you with a bad review if you don't do work that wasn't in the contract. Then you can make a complaint to Upwork.

Hello!
My customer does not give me a review, I put a positive one about him. Manipulation begins: they start demanding work from me that is not included in my contract. How can I insure myself against a bad review?
Sometimes no review is better than a bad one.
But you might want to start giving honest feedback. They cannot force you to deliver free work. Report the message and then block the client.
If he leaves you a feedback, use the reply to feedback function and write once sentence that the client tried to blackmail you into free work.
