How to know that a client has already hired a freelancer?

I just read this on an Upwork help page:
Check to see if the client has hired anyone yet 

Where can we see that someone has already been hired?

At the bottom of the page where the job is posted, it tells you how many proposals there have been, how many have been answered, and how many people have been hired.

Here you can see whether the client hired a telent or not.
