How to leave an agency profile (exclusive member)

Hi Team,

I am an exclusive member of agency profile. I want to leave the agency profile and work like a freelancer. We have an agency basic plan. We do not have any other members. Please let e know how can this be done without affecting the agency profile.

Hi Neha, 

You can easily update your exclusivity by log into your Upwork Agency account and look under Settings > Members and Permissions.
