How to link ERQ Bank account to Upwork ?

Hello, I have an ERQ Bank account where I can recieve payments in USD. Instead of converting to local currency (auto convert) I can store USD in my bank account. How can I link that bank account to my upwork account ? Can I recieve USD from upwork if I withdraw to my ERQ Bank Account ?

NB: ERQ Bank account currency is USD.
