How to maintain Rising Talent status at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks

Hi, I just reached the First week of Top-rated eligible week out of 16. I wonder what to avoid and what to keep in mind in order to reach the 16th week as top rated. Also, what will happen after the 16 weeks?

My account is almost new, do not have JSS yet but got the rising talent badge.
