How to make the client writing a feedback?

I would like to get some experience from the members here.

So my cleints are not giving me a feedback on my page which made my job success go down to 53%

What do you guys usually do to force the client to write a feedback? I dont like that at the end of the project, I say ' your feedback will help me improving my skills' and the client just disappear.

Maybe there is a special thing to do?

You can't 'force' them to do anything.

But you can ask them to close the contract first, then they would have to leave feedback. Although you can't make them do that, either.

No. That has categorically NOT made your JSS go down to 53%

The trick to get feedback is to encourage happy clients to close the contract. Feedback is guaranteed if the client closes the contract. But contracts that close without feedback do not affect your JSS as long as you don't have an insanely high percentage of such clients, which you don't.

Contracts that close without any payment and contracts with poor private feedback hurt the JSS.
