Elma, the words you are using are confusing to us.

On Upwork, freelancer do not pay clients.

Clients pay freelancers.

If a freelancer wants to pay a client, that is typically a sign that a freelancer is talking to a scammer, not a real client.

OR it means that a user is very new to Upwork and has confused the words "client" and "freelancer."
