How to post a job as freelancer?

Hi guys, I'm a freelancer. I have a youtube channel and other Chinese social media. Now I want to hire a video editor to help me then I can focus on other important things. How to post a job as a freelancer or solo entrepreneur.

I don't find any button I can create a job post. I saw it in the old version of Upwork.

But now it seems only as a client can post a job.

Does it mean I need to register a new Upwork as a client then I can post a job?

But I don't have any certificates or paper to show I'm a business owner yet.

Yes. Petra just posted the link for you.

You don't need to be a business owner to buy services on this platform. You do to have $$$, that's all, and a valid payment method to transfer it i.e. make payments to the people you hire.

Good luck with your client-side journey on Upwork! I've been liking that part for several years now.
