How to properly showcase design Portfolio

Hello, I am new here and still don't understand much about rules and terms on showing portfolio designs in public like here.

Previously, I worked as Personal Assistant, and most of my designs for my boss show his face and name (types of Political Figure designs to commemorate National and International Days). 

If I want to put it in my portfolio, should I censor his name and face?

It would be best to make sure clients are okay with you posting the work you've done for them. You may also check this article for tips on what you can add to your portfolio.
