How to prove business ownership?

Hi,

I was filling my tax information on my profile and it was rejected. I believe it happened because while I'm a freelancer, I invoice my work via my own company and as such the VAT number doesn't match my profile name. Do you know if I submit the proof of ownership of the company, it would be accepted? Also, I'm based in Portugal, could you advise on the document of proof?
