How to recover from bad JSS

Hi comunity,

I haven't used upWork much for a while (about an year), and I see that my JSS dropped dramtically from 90+ to 72.

Is there a way to recover from this? Why do you think this happened?

In the last year, I only had one project (a long term client) that gave me 5 stars

When you don't have any contracts close, bit by bit all previous contracts fall out of your 6 month window and then your 1 year window.

In the end there are no longer enough contracts in those shorter windows, so the JSS defaults to the 2 year window.

Sure it is possible to remover from that, by completing a few 3-4 contracts flawlessly, so that there are once again enough contracts in your 6 month and / or 1 year window.
