i also have the same problem, i register my first upwork account, and then i receive a email from 

Jake (Upwork Help), he asked me to upload some documentation.

I tried to upload some document to verify my identity, but the background system said it has ：I'm sorry! We are experiencing technical problems and are unable to process your request immediately

Now it said my account has been suspended. Please contact customer support.

That's why? It takes me a lot of time to sign up, what should i do now?

I've had my account suspended after it was opened and approved barely within 12 hours. The reason I opened this account if because a company pays me via UpWork.

I have created a ticket over 50 hours ago and haven't gotten a reply other then the automated ones. Please, kindly help look into this. All the necessary documents had been forwarded.
