How to reduce Upwork fees for client have many accounts

Dear Upwork Support,
Recently, I have already been hired by my previous client on Upwork. But he has many accounts on Upwork. So Upwork charges me 20% the first 500$, 10% from 10k to 20k.
I am sure that I am working on the same project with the same client.

Could Upwork able to reduce fees for my current contract to 5%?

They will not do that. Tell your client to hire you from one account only.
