Solved: How to refund withholding tax from upwork

My PAN card verified by upwork but till now upwork deducts 5% charges. Please guide me how to get refund back from upwork

Hi Deepika,

Since you did not have a PAN on file that's why you had to be charged 5% until now. Since you've added your PAN, you'll be charged the reduced fee in the future. Please know that adding your PAN does not have a retroactive effect, the fees previously charged cannot be refunded.
