I have just spent an hour or more looking for a thread about how to remove a contract from the JSS calculation. All the search function does is return blank pages. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to go about removing a contract from my JSS score?
It seems I have lost 5 percent because a client objected to my refusal to rewrite existing material for his site. I know this is irrelevant, but I find it endlessly irksome that a client would give me a score of 4.8 for quality after I gave him original material.
