How to remove bad feedback

• Sir I want some help, kindly guide me, I have profile on Upwok, I have completed 02 projects, 1st was good, but in Second client gave me 01 star and a very poor feedback, although I completed all his given task & with happiness he gave me $20 bonus. Now what I should do, my profile became rusted due to bad feedback and no other client even open PMB with me. I have used all my connects, purchased and then used but no one client approach me.

  I have all proofs of this. How I can remove this bad feedback or recommend other solution for this.

The only way to remove it is to issue a full refund, but even if you do that, the effect of the contract on your future metrics will remain.

By the way... your response to the feedback makes it worse.

Refund the work so that the public review gets removed. 

Next time, don't reply bad reviews with a long description of what happened. It just makes your profile look worse than that 1 star review alone.
