How to remove client's review?

Greetings.
Everything was good in the start but at the time of submission my client's requirements changed.but I did what she wanted because she( client) threatened me with negative review. But finally i tired off giving free services which are not listed in given task. As she threatened me finally she left a negative review.
What should I do know? My profile is just about to start and i can't bear negative review.
Regards.

I am still waiting for their response.

Please review ALL feedback on the client before submitting a proposal, you could tell this one was going to be trouble.

Hi Khawar,

Please allow the mediation team to review your case. They will update you directly to provide further assistance.

The only way you can remove the feedback is by refunding the measerly $1 you were paid. That will remove the contract from your profile, but not from your JSS calculation. As it is, it hurts you in two ways: 1. the poor feedback and 2. the fact that you took the job in the first place (the clients's history should have warned you and taking a $1 job or a $5 job ending up being paid just 1 is lowballing and will put good clients off)

I refund $1 but there is still my client's negative feedback.

Just wait, it can take a while

How much more time i have to wait?

Hi Khawar,

I just checked your profile and was not able to view the contract you're referring to. Please clear your cache and cookies so that everything is updated on your end as well. Thank you.
