How to report a client who is posting fake jobs?

Hey upworkers,

I'm fedup in searching customer support very unethical of upwork team/platform, I want to report a client on which I submitted a proposal, recently I found his facebook profile ( a sort of evidence ) through which he is selling reviews and posting fake jobs.
