How to set Tax on Upwork ?

I'm from Tunisia (no U.S person) i have this message today :

To follow U.S. tax laws, please complete a new W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E Foreign Status Certification. Please click here to add your tax information.

i have configured it in settings (i have setted CIN as Tax Id) but message it still available.

can you help on that ?
