How to set the active date on Upwork in Certificates of Earning

I have joined Upwork since Nov 2020 but on the Certificates of Earning in  Reports portion, my Upwork joining date is showing since Feb 2016. How can I set the actual date when I joined the Upwork.

Hi Nabila,

You'll see when you joined Upwork within your Certificate of Earnings. The date showing there is correct as per checking.
