Hi, Everybody. One of my clients asked upwork support team to refund his money. Upwork restrcited the payment on my account and sent the email to ask me to refund his money or upload necessary emails and chat history to solve the restriction.
so I gave him a refund on May 1st but the restriction has not been solved.
Can you help me to be able to withdraw again?
