How to submit the certificate without ID number and secret number?

Dear my freelancers,

I have two FCE certificates and the 2nd one is better than the 1st one, and I would like The Upwork team to help me verify it. As suggested last time, I asked the organization where I took the FCE certificate for my secret number and ID number. However, they said that there was a new way to verify my result . They provided me with a link so that the result could be verified by using the link.   https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/verifiers

How can I submit the new certificate?
