Hey there,
I am new on Upwork!
I have a little challenge on my account. I started a project without tracking the time. I am done with it and I have sent the client the work.
I have not received my pay probably because I haven't logged in the time yet, as shown on the image, "NO TIME LOGGED YET"
Though, I have sent her a request to allow me to set the time manually, but she hasn't replied.
How do I solve the issue?

Only with your client.
If the client doesn't allow manual time, he can pay a bonus.
If he never responds, you now know the pitfalls of not learning how everything works before you jump in.
