For last week? It's too late. You only had until 12 noon UTC to do this.
All you can do now is refund once it's been billed.
You can only add, edit, and delete time in the current week’s Work Diary in an active contract. Work diaries from closed contracts cannot be edited. The previous week’s Work Diary for an active contract is no longer editable after Monday at noon UTC.
