How to view other freelancer profiles

How can I view freelancer profiles who are hired for the same job I submitted proposal.

It's in order to look at what they have so particular to be hired instead of me...

The person who got the job doesnt display until the contract is complete, or sometimes, it takes a while to show (if the contract is long term). So, what i do is, i save the job, then after a few weeks i check in on that saved job and who got it.
