To get invited, you have to be on the first few pages of the search results. You're in one of the most overcrowded categories, with iterally many tens of thousands of other freelancers, so you are unlikely to appear high in searches very often, if at all.

Also, your JSS is low.

Eishwar:

This is your profile headline:

Expert Lead Generation | List Building | Email Finding | Data Entry

I don't believe that a data entry worker should expect to receive invites. That is not a realistic expectation.

I see all of those things as data entry:

Lead Generation

List Building

Email Finding

Why do you believe this? I hired a data entry guy 2 weeks ago, via invitation. There are clients out there that look for data entry guys.

Getting invited depends on being on the first few pages of the serch results.

Anyone in ludicrously over-saturated entry level categories such as all of what the OP offers, is competing against many, many tens of thousands of freelancers, and will rarely, if ever, appear high in the search results. If a freelancer is not high in the search results, they don't get invited because they aren't seen.

With his poor JSS his chances sink even lower. It is unrealistic for such a freelancer to expect many invites, simply because he won't show high enough among all the many tens of thousands of others.

He'll just have to apply like everyone else.

Yes, and how many of the many tens and tens of thousands of such freelancers did you look at or invite before you hired him?

From this point of view, yes you are right. It's very difficult.

Regarding my hire, I only looked at first page, there was a freelancer with more than 20000 hours on upwork and matched rate, so I didn't even look a this profile. And he proved perfect, as expected.

But yes, as there are thens of thousands, chances are close to zero to appear in results and be selected.

Exactly. You just proved my point. You can now calculate just how low the chance of appearing on the first page with a poor JSS amongst tens and tens of thousands of others is...

Do not try to solicit work through the forum.

You are trying to get Ioannis to hire you just because he has hired someone for Data Entry in the past... That is an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional way to misuse this discussion forum. Don't do that! It's not allowed and very poor behaviour.

You're not doing too badly, for someone in such an overcrowded field. If you've done any work that will get you a good review, ask the client as soon as possible to close the contract, and the review will improve your JSS.

You need to improve the writing in your profile. I don't know if it's wise or practical to offer a money back guarantee, but you definitely don't spell it "mony back guaranty".
