I am known on Upwork as an Instructional Designer, as that is my featured area. But, for several years, I wrote business plans for start-ups and established businesses. How would you approach this?

Ilanna - Why don't you set up a specialized profile for business plans. I have often run across job postings that are looking for someone to write a business plan. Just put in the profile what you have done and what you can do for a client. Voila.
