Whenever I try to send a proposal it says,
"Sorry, this is for contractors online and you do not have a contractor profile set up. Please set up your contractor profile."
When I click on "set up your contractor profile" I get nowhere. There are no settings I can change that have an effect on anything as far as I can see.
Can somebody tell me what I need to do here?

Hi Andrew,
I checked your account and I couldn't reproduce the issue you are experiencing. Everything seems to be alright. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser. If you are not able to appy after that either, please contact Customer Support.

It sounds like you have a Client account and a Freelancer Account.
Make sure you are logged in to the Freelancer account when applying for jobs, and the Client account when you are hiring.
