I Can't Submit my Profile the message i recived is "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact support. Include a screenshot of this entire page so we can troubleshoot this issue faster." how to contact some one able to solve this issue

thanks for your answer but i tried with a lot of browsers and mobile apps but the problem still exist.
