I LOST TOP RATED BADGE AND JSS DECREASES AS WELL

Hi I have top rated badge with 100 % success rate , I did my fixed price contract last month and i got 5 start feedback and from past two weeks i did not get any work , i had 100% success rate and top rated badge as well , which is not there today , what would be the reason , if i am not getting work from two to three weeks does it decreases my JSS and top rated badge both?

No, not getting work for a few weeks has no effect by itself.

When you do not have enough outcomes in your 6 month calculation window, the JSS is calculated on the basis of the next best calculation window. So your 6 month window may have been 100%, but when those July contracts and possibly one or both of the August contracts fell out of your 6 month window, you only had 2 or 3 outcomes in the 6 month window, so your calculation windoww changed to 12 or 24 months, and those include poor contract outcomes, so your JSS went down.
