HI Upwork community,

i have a difficult question

As a freelancer  can  i private  my job ??

The story is that i am afraid from my friends to reachout my clients

illegely because They have (my friends) have my profile link

Due to this reason i set my profile private last 8 months

Now i am want to set my profile on public mode but i am afriad from my friends

Inshort, is there is a soloution of my problem??

Why and how would your "friends" do a thing like that? That's bizarre.

Some time client use his or her name and website in their job posting

so it is possible .

Make sense?

Anway i am a top rated plus freelancer and want to set my job on private mode.

Even if your "friends" have a link to your Upwork profile, how will they be able to get to your clients "illegally"?
