I Want To Delete This Account And Create A New Account Using Same Details And Portfolio.
Is It Possible? Can You Please Help Me?
The Main Thing Is This Is A Very Old Account.
And When Upwork Was Odesh I Create This Account But For My Business I Cant Start With It.

No, that is not allowed, but you can update your existing profile with any the new details.
