I accidentally blocked a client from sending me future invitations

I seem to have accidentally blocked a client from sending me future invitations when I first declined his offer so we could make a new one. Now that we have reached an agreement and I was about to start working, he cannot send me a new offer/invitation nor can I send him a proposal. Is there a way to unblock a client so that he can once again send me an offer?

Hi Christopher, 

Your client will not be able to invite you for a job that you have declined accepting. They will need to post a new job, and invite you with the new job posting. You will then have to accept this new offer/invite.

Hi,

Thanks for trying to help out but it didn't work. My client says "This freelancer is not available for invitations" and "You cannot send an offer to this freelancer" still even after making a new job post. Can I please speak to an Upwork Moderator or anyone from Support? Even the chat bot doesn't seem to know what to do at the moment...
