I accidentally closed my Upwork account

Hello there,

I accidentally closed my Upwork account. I wanted to change my profile from seller to buyer because I needed translation (Mandarin) done for me. I did not know how I would achieve that, so I closed the account. I read here that it is illegal to open another account, but I opened this for the sole purpose of reopening my first account. Can I please reopen the first so that I can continue using it as having multiple accounts is a illegal on Upwork. Thanks.
