I wanted to add bonus of $5. But it was not adding to the initial amount. And I ended up adding total of 3 bonus of $15. How do I cancel 2 bonus amount?

You can not cancel them, but you can ask the freelancer to kindly refund the overpayment.
Personally, for the sake of a mere $ 10, I wouldn't bother.

This is not a solution. But thanks. If there's no other way to cancel the extra bonus then I would give up the money. But there should be some professional support where we can contact directly instead of opening a thread.

Hi Rakib,
We Moderators are here to assist our users in the Community, you can also reach out to our Customer Support directly on this link.
Unfortunately we can't reverse the transaction and as Petra has already advised you, you will need to ask your freelancer to issue a refund for the extra funds. If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.

This is really a non-issue.
Every professional freelancer on Upwork will be happy to refund the extra $10 in bonus money you paid. All you need to do is message the freelancer and explain that you accidentally sent $10 too much in bonus money. They will refund the extra amount. Just ignore any feelings of embarassment that you might feel and send the message.

Utterly dreadful service - BOTH lacking the facility to return a shockingly poor bonus system which confused me and caused me the same problem, then there is "talk to a bot" disguised as "support centre" - you are an absolute disgrace how you deal with these payments and systems when people are only trying to be nice and give a bonus, usually when they are in need for help already. Take a look at yourself moderators and stop getting round investing in person to person customer support.
