I accidentially mistook and refunded some cash to a customer, it is in pending state.

There is no lie and my customer don't want this money. Can I fix this mistake or Upwork can help me in it? It's my first success job and I don't want loose my money by this stupid mistake. (I ukrainian and just thought that refund = withdraw :D)

The client will need to pay you again via Bonus payment. Unfortunately we can't cancel or reverse a refund you`ve issued. Thank you.
