I always experience "Unable to load messages"

Hallo upwork with the problem I faced, I have been unable to access messages in the chatroom group, and when I look in the websocket settings there is also no problem and fine, please help

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Or tried using a different browser? If the problem still persists, please respond to this thread. Thanks!
