Well I am having problem with funds transfering from my Upwork account to bank account. Amount has been transferred as per my Upwork account intimation from 6th May but still I could not get in my bank account. I have posted the complain on support in the same day but still I am unable to get any reply from your team.
Please let me know any update in this regard.
Secondly, there is a server end problem in uploading zip of any compressed files folder. When such issues are expected to be resolved.
Occasionally there are slight delays with bank transfers and it may take up to 5 days to receive your withdrawn funds. If you do not receive your funds 8 days after you withdrew them, please leave a request with Customer Support to initiate a trace.
As for the issues with attaching zip files, our engineers are aware of it and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
