I started my Upwork journey 2 months ago. I already applied for 52 jobs and get 11 responses from clients but hired for 8 projects. Can anyone please share to me how can I win more jobs.?

Take jobs with a bigger budget and wait. After some level clients will search for you. Now you have $100+ total earnings and it's literally nothing.

If you are satisfied with the types of jobs you're winning and the pay rate you're receiving, keep working hard at finding the right jobs to apply for.
