I am not able to complete my profile

Hi, I am new to upwork and for some reason i am not able to complete my profile. It is stuck on the experience level part and it is not giving me any choices. Below is a screenshot of what i mean.

- Try to clear cache on your current browser, please see sample;

You will be directed to “You’ve been logged off” page.

Restart your browser, log in your account and try again.
