I am not able to connect my local bank account to my Upwork account.

I have an only first name on my National ID. But on my  Upwork account, I have both first and last name.
I am finding issue due to mismatch in names for connecting my local bank account to Upwork.
I have tried to change my name but it is not changing. Please can someone suggest me how can I resolve this issue?
