I am not able to upload anything into my Specialized Profile's Portfolio

I've been trying to set up a Specialized Profile in order to start finding work and for some reason, whenever I click to add something to my portfolio, the page gets stuck on the loading screen. Since I haven't been able to upload anything to my portfolio, I am not able to publish my Specialized Profile - nor start looking for work.

I've looked at various forums and have tried clearing my cache & opening the page with different browsers/ devices, but so far nothing has seemed to work.

I'm getting fairly frustrated and really hope this is a solvable issue, because I really wany to give this site a chance.
