This such nonsense that you handle money transactions and don't have any support. The bot keeps sending you what you can already read.

I have to receive my payment to my bank account. Im an individual in India I have updated my PAN no and the Bank account details.

I'm an Individual and I don't need to have a GSTIN

I checked your account but was not able to locate any withdrawals issued from your end, your funds are on your Upwork account. 
You will need to fill out our W-8BEN form in order for your payment method to be active. Once this is done you can withdraw your funds. Thank you.
